It is an extremely common issue for these guage clusters to go out and it requires a $2000 replacement. nissan would not honor my extended warranty. http://www.gtrlife.com/forums/topic/44110-official-nagtroc-gauge-light-out-thread/page__st__240 http://www.gtrheritage.com/topic/4877-09-cluster-repair/
Vehicle would not accelerate no power this could be linked to transmission issues had to pull over and restart the car at which point if seemed to clear the problem. after we added fuel if the vehicle gets down to a quarter of a tank problems start to happen gauge indicated that 64 miles of gas remained in the tank but the problem still took place moving at a speed of 45 miles an hour in rush hour traffice vehicle also stopped and could not be started when this took place.
The instrument cluster lighting in the car has failed rendering the gauges/speedometer/etc unreadable at night. nissan extended the warranty on this item but mine has been replaced and now has the exact same issue. this is a safety issue - not being able to read the speedometer at night is dangerous!
